Preheat the Cooking Pan with 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil

Place all Previously Cut Vegetables and Cook

Add 1 Egg White + 1 Whole Egg and Beat (to your preferred cooking point)

Once done, Add Salt & Pepper

Key is to whisk 90% of the time and to makse sure the pot doesn't get to hot to make really airy and creamy (without cream!) scrambled eggs. Definitely not as fast as scrambling eggs the traditional way, but truly decadent results! fjaeckel -
