Steps

Start by adding the oil to a pan and sauté the chopped onion parsley red pepper till translucent add it to the minced meat together with the rest of the ingredients

Using a round cookie cutter shape she burger meat in to patties

I use white pouches to put each burger inside and I usually freeze them for up to a month in the freezer
