Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoonground Spainish paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonground white pepper
  • 2-1/2chicken breast strips boneless and skinless
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 2 cuppeanut oil to medium fry in

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the chicken and heat the oil. Add the flour and coat the chicken. Let rest 5 minutes before frying.

    Fry the chicken in the hot peanut oil turn as needed. Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil.
