Gather your ingredients

Lightly grease baking trays. Preheat oven at 170°c.

In a large mixing bowl, add the grounded oats, atta flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, oats and sugar. Mix well

Rub the butter into the dry ingredients until it forms a breadcrumbs texture.

Stir in the beaten egg, mix until it forms a dough.

In a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 cm thick.

Cut into desired shapes. Place on baking tray. Prick holes onto the cookies with your desired design.

Put the trays in the oven and let bake for 15 to 20 min.

Once well baked, remove from oven. After about 2 minutes, place on a cooling rack. Let cool completely.
