Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 100 gmsspinach
  • 1/2 cupboiled peas
  • 1/2 cupchopped beans
  • 3boiled potatoes(mashed)
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 cupchopped nuts
  • 1/4 cupcoriander leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan add water and spinach and boil it. Rinse water from spinach and let it cool.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add ghee add nuts, peas and beans roast it. Grind all this and spinach and make paste.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add mashed potatoes, add all spices, add some chopped nuts and green paste, make a dough.

  4. 4

    Make shape of kabab from dough. Take a pan add ghee shallow fry all the kabab on high flame.

  5. 5

    Serve hot kabab with tomato sauce and green chutney.
