Start by making dough flour salt oil in a bowl and make the soft smooth dough. Cover the dough with a bowl and set aside for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds. Hing and all spices add carrot and salt give a quick 3 to 4 toss. Now add in coriander leaves and mix well let it cool down.

Take the dough and pinch a ball size wheat dough and dust with some wheat flour.

Roll it in a circle & Stuff the stuffing then roll it slightly thick.

Cook the paratha till it turns golden brown using oil and ghee.

Serve hot paratha with green chutney or any sauces or curd.
