Steps

First dry roast vermicelli in heavy bottom pan till golden.

Heat oil in a cooker add cumin seeds, chopped onion, peas and salt and red chilli powder. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add roasted vermicelli to it, add coriander powder, and add 1+1/2cup of water. Pressure cook till 1 whistle. release whistle by own.

Ready to serve with salad or curd.
