Boil 1 egg and chop it. Add pepper and salt

Break 1 egg and add chopped onions, tomatoes, Coriander leaves Salt and pepper

Heat oil and make an omlette. Butter 2 slices of bread and place them on the omlette
4

Turn the entire omlette and spread the boiled and chopped egg on 1 slice of bread
5

Place the other bread on top of the chopped boiled eggs.
6

Cut in half potatoes and serve with sauce or dip
