Steps

Finely chop onions and tomatoes. Mix all the powder masala, peanut powder, gurr paste and green coriander.

Slit the baingan in 4 pieces (like a plus sign) but not cutting them completely.
Stuff half of the tomatoe/onion/masala mix into the baingans. - 3
Heat the oil. Fry the remaining tomato/onion mix and the baingans for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with rotis.
