Peel potatoes and wash thoroughly

Oil your grilling tin and place the lamb chops and well cut potatoes in.. distribute evenly to ensure the potatoes absorb the fatty juices oozing from the meat during grilling, garnish with salt only, other favorable spices can be added based on preference.

Roast or oven bake under medium heat till well done.. remove and serve
