Boil cauliflower in a pan for 5 mts. After boiling sieve it well

Take a bowl add 3tbsp of cornflour and 3 tbsp of maida, 1 tbsp salt add some water to make a thin batter. No lumbs are seen

Add cauliflower in this batter and mix it well and then again add 2 tbsp of cornflour and 1 tbsp maida and mix it well

Take a pan, add oil heat it well. Add coated cauliflower in it and fry for 3..4 mintues till turn golden brown on medium flame. Then drain it on a pepper

After 5 mnts cauliflower add again in hot oil on high flame till turns into crispy.

Take another pan. Add oil 2 tbsp, add 3 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp green chillies and 1chopped onion. Saute it for 2 mnts

Add salt acc to taste and black pepper mix well then add 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 spoon red chilli sauce and then add green onion and 1/2 spoon tomato sauce mix well.

Then add half cup water make a boil then add 1 tbsp cournflour mix it well 2 tbsp water then add into vork mix it well cook till sauce turns thickened.

Add cauliflower and mix it well. Sprinle green onion. Ready to serve
