Mix all dry ingredients together

Add the margarine /oil in the warm water mix until it dissolves if margarine.

Add the liquids to the dry ingredients.Mix until all lumps disappear.

Heat your pan add little oil to the pan to avoid pancakes from sticking.Spread the oil,reduce heat to medium,scoop the mixture to the pan,spread wisely.

Turn over the pancake to cook on the other side.

Serve hot with tea or coffee.
