Marinate egg with chilli garam masala and salt

Heat small kadai pour coconut oil. Fry eggs in medium flame with closed lids

Take out eggs from oil keep it aside.

Add onion capsicum tomato salt and small onion in the same oil. Sauté for 5 mins in low flame. Add 5 tsp water mix it well and now add fried eggs. Cover eggs with this masala close the lid and wait for 1-2 mins.

Now switch off stove. Ready for serving. Garnish with spring onion or coriander leaves.
