  • 1 cupsuji
  • 50 gmskhoya
  • as per taste sugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • as requiredAlmonds
  • 1 tsppumpkin seeds
  • as requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the khoya and add in suji make dough with the help of milk.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile in a pan add bowl water, sugar cardamom and make sugar.

  3. 3

    With dough make small balls. Now heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all balls and put into sugar syrup for at least and hour. Gulab Jamun is ready.
