Healthy, moong daal khichdi

Take rice and daal in a bowl and wash them in water for three to four times

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add onion, cloves, cumin seeds, cardamom, and peppers to it.

When onions become soft, add soaked daal and rice to it and fry them for 2mins, then add water and salt to them.

When it starts boiling, close the lid of the cooker and cook for two whistles (one on high flame and one on slow flame)

Turn off the flame and let the steam pressure comes down naturally. It will take around 8-10 mins.

Carefully open the lid, moong daal khichdi is ready. Serve hot
