1)First Wash ladies fingers /bhindi with water and wipe it Dry with a kitchen towel.Remove upper and lower tail portion of each bhindi and Cut into small round discs.2)If u want to cook in microwave, then take 2 tbsp oil in microwave safe bowl.Add hing 1/4 tsp.Add Cut bhindi pieces.Mix well.Put in microwave and Cook for a min.Take it out,stirr well,again put in microwave and Cook for 2-2 min each time.When it becomes soft,add masalas,mix well.Cook for 1 min more.Dry sabzi is ready.

It can be cooked on gas in a non stick pan.Take 3 tbsp oil.Add bhindi and salt.Put a Plate on pan with water in it.DO NOT add water in bhindi.cook it with steam on LOW flame,stirr every 2-3 min.then mix all masalas.Keep ready buttermilk and tempering.In a bowl add besan +1 tbsp water,mix well.

In a pan Heat oil,add mustard seeds,Cumin seeds,Ginger chilli paste,garlic paste,hing,curry leaves and Saute on LOW flame for few secs.Add Buttermilk.Mix it.

Immediately add besan slurry and mix it well.Now add salt,haldi,red chilli Powder and garam masala.Mix well.Let it come to a boil.

When kadhi starts boiling,add bhindi subzi in it.stirr well to mix.Let it Cook for 1-2 Min.A nice garlic flavour comes out.Bhindi garlic kadhi is ready.Serve hot with chapatis,or parathas or rice.
