Fried Kibbeh with Amazing Flavor

Soak the fine bulgur wheat for 1 hour.

Grind the bulgur wheat well using a food processor.

Add the ground beef to the processor, then transfer the mixture to a large tray. Mix by hand until well combined. Shape the mixture as you like and stuff them.

For the filling, sauté the onions well, then add the beef, allspice, and salt. Once cooked, the filling is ready. Stuff the kibbeh with the filling and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
