In a pan add milk & boil until reduce 1 cup. Then add sugar & cardamom powder & let it cook.

Meanwhile in a bowl add milk powder, egg, oil, baking powder, flour & mix well.

Make a shape of ras malai according to your choice like disc, oval or ball shape.

But size must b small because when we'll add then in the milk thses ras malai will be rise double.

Then add these ras malai in boiling hot milk & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.

Take out ras malai in a dish, put it into the refrigerator for 1-2 hour until full chill then enjoy.

Ras malai is ready.
