Ingredients: 3/4 cup maida; 6 tbsp cornflour; Salt as required; 1/2 tsp black pepper; 1/2 tsp white pepper; 1 egg; Water as required; 1/2 kg chicken; Oil; 1 1/2 cup orange juice; 4 tbsp soya sauce; 1/2 tbsp brown sugar; 1/2 tbsp sugar; 1 tsp red crushed chillies; 1 1/2 tbsp lehsan chopped; Salt as required; 1 tbsp adrak chopped; 1 1/2 tsp sirka; 1/2 tbsp sesame oil; 2-3 tbsp cornflour; 2 tbsp Green onions; 1 tbsp lehsan chopped; 1 lal mirch sabut chopped; 3 tbsp Oil; 1/2 cup shimla mirch; 1 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce; 1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce; Salt as required; 1 tsp lal mirch powder; 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper

1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspwhite pepper

Water as required
1/2 kgchicken

Chicken Sauce ingredients
1 1/2 cuporange juice
4 tbspsoya sauce
1/2 tbspbrown sugar
1/2 tbspsugar
1 tspred crushed chillies
1 1/2 tbsplehsan chopped
Salt as required
1 tbspadrak chopped
1 1/2 tspsirka
1/2 tbspsesame oil
2-3 tbspcornflour
2 tbspGreen onions
Spaghetti sauce
1 tbsplehsan chopped
1lal mirch sabut chopped
3 tbspOil
1/2 cupshimla mirch
1 1/2 tbspred chilli sauce
1 1/2 tbspsoya sauce
Salt as required
1 tsplal mirch powder
1 1/2 tbspblack pepper
1/2 tspsesame oil
1/2 packspaghetti

Add black pepper, white pepper, salt,maida,cornflour and mixx it

Now add 1 egg and water then mix it.. add water gradually whisk well until it becomes thinn batter

Add chicken in a batter and mix it then marinate for 15 mins

Fry all chicken on medium flame until light golden and crispy..

Add all ingredients of sauce and cook well until thickens..

Add chicken in a sauce..

Add green onions on top

Add oil in a pan add all ingredients of spaghetti sauce.. then add boiled spaghetties..

Serve noodle with chicken on top
