Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut ur potatoes and ur veggies

  2. 2

    Cook liver with spices and seasonings allowing the water to drain off.Set aside

  3. 3

    In ur pot fry a little oil with garlic,ginger and onions until translucent then add ur veggies and continue to fry for 5mins,then mix with the cooked liver...enjoy
