Wash all vegetables and keep aside,

Boil mustard oil in the heated pan, add black jeera for tempering saute for a minute and add chopped onions saute for three minutes.

Now add chopped kumro or pumpkin,add turmeric powder, red chilli powder green chillies mix well saute until tender. Turn off the heat add chopped coriander leaves mix well.

It's delicious,it's best with rice please try it friends.
