    Dudh futiye tate lebur ros diye valo kore katiye chana ber korte hobe. Seta thanda jol e dhuye sutir kapor e mure halka vabe jol jhorte dite hobe 10min.

    Thn oi chana ta kono plane plate e dhele hather talu diye valo kore pishe mihi kore dough baniye niye hobe. Sei dough theke choto ball baniye nite hobe jotogulo possible.

    Er majhe chinir ros toiri kore setake futiye rakhte hobe. Ebar chanar choto ball gulo oi futonto ros e diye dhaka atke 10min boil hote dite hobe. Ball gulo double size er hoye fule uthbe. Tokhon namiye 1hr thanda korle ready Rasamalai er rosogolla.

    Ebr dudh malai er jonno 500ml dudh futiye half korte hobe, tate milk powder, chini r food colour add kore bes ankkhn fotate hobe, malai joma abdi. Khub garo hoye gele dudh malai namiye setake thanda korte hobe.

    Thanda hole Tate choto rosogolla diye valo kore dubiye fridge e set hote dite hobe 4-5hrs. Serve korar somoy opore kaju pista guro kore choriye nite hobe.
