Let the tart crusts rest, then mix the eggs, egg yolk, sugar, heavy cream, milk, and salt together. Strain once for smoothness.

Place the tart crusts in the air fryer, pour the mixture in, leaving a little space at the edge to allow it to rise.

Bake at 285°F (140°C) for 20 minutes. Once done, check the bottom to see if it's cooked. If not, let it cool a bit, then remove from the mold and bake upside down at the same temperature for another 15 minutes.
