Grind the corn sieve and saparate the fine flour and coarse flour

Put water in a pot if it start boiling add the coarse flour allow it to cooked

Then cut the spinach

Add the peppers and onions cubes and salt

Lastly add the cut spinach. Allow it on low heat for 3 minutes. Then serve.
