Pour in the unpasteurised milk in a sufuria.

Put very minimal heat and stir.keep testing the temperature when stiring with your finger until you can't dip your finger in due to excessive heat.then turn off the heat.

Gradually put one table spoon after the other of vinegar while stirring the whole time until it starts curding then sieve into another container

Squeeze out all the liquid then put the curd in hot water then squeeze it all out again.

Immerse the cud in ice cold water n dip it in...squeeze out the curd two to three times in the ice cold water.

Finally ensure no liquid/water is left then wrap it in foil and store in the freezer once frozen you can grate to use in making pizza or pasta

PS: Ensure to squeeze out all the water or liquid out before covering with foil and storing in freezer or else the cheese will come out soggy.
