Marinate the mutton mince with all the ingredients for 30 minutes. Or better still overnight. After 30 minutes, place about 2-3 tablespoons of the mix on the skewers. Brush with oil evenly and cook them on a stove top griller pan.

It can be cooked even on a tawa or a frying pan on low heat. Turn it on to the other side when done on the bottom. Drizzle oil little by little onto the Kabaabs. Garnish with sliced Onions and Tomatoes. Serve with any Chutney of your choice. Enjoy!
