Lauki Paratha with Boondi ka Raita

In a bowl, take wheat flour, add salt, cumin seeds, grated lauki, ginger chilli paste, chopped coriander and oil. Mix well.

Knead the dough. Use little water if required. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes apply oil in your palms and knead for a minute. Make small roundels from the dough. Take 1 portion and roll using some wheat flour for dusting.

Now roast from both the sides using ghee.

Likewise make other parathas.

For raita, take curd, add salt, roasted cumin powder and boondi. Mix well. Serve with parathas.
