1cow kidney (small cubes)
1 tbspred chilli flakes
1 tbspoil
1 tbspdhaniya
1 tspzeera
1 tsphaldi
1tomato
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 tbspsalt

Steps

1/2 hour

Take oil in pan and kidney and salt, zeera, haldi, dhaniya,ginger garlic, red chilli flakes and mix it.

Add tomato in it and cook until dry

Serve with roti or paratha
