In a bowl add besan,salt, Turmeric powder,curd and make batter.

Add some oil in it.whisk nicely.

Now add Eno.and mix it.grease dhokla mould and pour all the batter in it.

Keep it on microwave for 6 minutes.

In a pan add oil.then add mustard seeds and Coriander leaves.

Take out dhokla into the microwave.add tadka masala over it.cut into pieces and serve hot.
