Take mango pulp and make into puree.

Cook the pulp in a kadai for 10 min till thick.

Add sugar and mix well. Continue cooking till it thickens and turns glossy.

Grease a tray with oil and pour the mango mixture. Sun dry for 2 days or you can keep under fan for 4-5 days. Cover with mash or thin muslin cloth while drying.

Unmold and cut into slices and roll.

Ready to serve
