Ingredients

  • 1raw mango
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 glasseswater
  • 1/2 glasscrushed ice

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook the mangoes with one cup of water.

  2. 2

    Once cooled remove the skin and seeds of the mango,mash the pulp of the mango.

  3. 3

    Add two glasses of water and strain it.

  4. 4

    Add sugar,salt,black pepper,rasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add crushed ice.
