Ingredients

  • 1 cupgobhi (cauliflower) grated
  • 3 tspCoriander leaves
  • 1 cupwheat flour dough
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspamardana Powder
  • as neededoil for shallow frying
  • 2 tspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add gobhi,salt,red chilli powder, amardana Powder, Coriander leaves.mix well.now take small ball from dough and roll it.fill it with filling.

    Now close it from all the sides.and roll it again.spread it on hot tava.and cook from both the sides.

    Apply oil and cook till golden brown from both sides.serve hot with butter.
