  • 1/2 kgbasmati rice 1/2 hour ke liye soak kar lain
  • 1 cupsweet corn
  • 4 tbspoon oil
  • 2 tbspoon piyaz slice
  • 1tesp zeera
  • to tasteSalt according

  1. 1

    Sab se pehle rice ko half hour ke liye soak kar kain

  2. 2

    Ab pan me oil dalain zeera daal dain 1 minute ke baad piyaz dalain

  3. 3

    Jab piyaz soft ho jaye to corn daal kar rice bhi daal dain

  4. 4

    Ab namak aur hasb e zarurat garam pani daal kar rice ko pulao ki tarah paka lain
