Roll the chappatis and thinly slice them to form noodle strings.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the garlic till aromatic. Add the sliced onion and chopped vegetables and fry for few seconds. Add little pepper powder and salt to it.

Add the tomato sauce and then add the sliced chappati noodles. Give it a good stir and fry them nicely. Add coriander leaves and nuts of your choice and switch off the flame.

Serve it with tea for breakfast.
