    Boil all the veggies. Mash them

    Cut Onion, chilli and coriander leaves.

    Fry in oil Onion and Green chilli.Add mashed veggies and finally decorate with coriander leaves.

    Make shapes according to ur wish.

    Take bread crumbs and mix maida in water.Dip shaped cutlet in maida and roll it in bread crumbs.

    Shallow fry in oil.
