Choose ripe pulpy mangoes and slice it. Scoop the pulp and keep it

In a heavy bottom kadhai add water and sugar in full flame and mix well dissolve it.then add mango pulp. Let the sugar disolve well with the pulp.reduse to low heat and stir continously untill the mango mixture

Then switch off the flame and lemon juice to it let it cool. After cool jan and serve it.
