Bourbon Biscuit Cake Baked in Appam Pan

Grind the Biscuits in the mixer.

Empty the ground biscuits in a vessel and add little milk & Mix the mixture till you get cake batter consistency if you want at this stage you can add powdered sugar it's optional.

Add a sachet of Eno to the batter & mix well

Grease the Appam Pan with oil & pour the batter in it with the help of a spoon

Now place the Appam Pan on the gas with the lid on it and the gas flame should be on sim.

Allow the cake batter to cook just for 2 Minutes not more or else the cake will get burnt.

After 2 min switch of the gas & remove the lid from the pan & allow the pan to cool.

After cooling remove the cake slowly from the pan.

You can do chocolate syrup topping, topping of your choice as lockdown I had no other material for topping so I did the topping using pistachio.
