Wash and Soak dal for 4-5 hrs. Remove water from dal. Heat oil in pan add jeera cook now put dal,salt, chopped green chillies,red chilli powder,dry mango powder, garam masala powder mix add very little water and cook on slow heat. While cooking we must check dal should not get mashy. When dal is cooked remove from heat and let it cool.

Make dough from wheat flour. Take medium ball size dough roll out little now take 2-3 spoon of dal masala put in middle of rolled dough now take from side and close it. Sprinkle dry flour and roll out again heat tawa on gas at medium heat and cook paratha at both side apply oil. Remove and serve hot with curd,lemon pickle and papad.
