Rice+urad dal+Fenugreek seeds dosa
Steps

Rinse dal+Fenugreek seeds,rice seperately and soak for 6-7hrs.

Firstly ground rice by adding water to a smooth paste.

Ground urad dal+ Fenugreek together to a smooth batter and add the batter wdh the rice batter and mix well.

Cover and let it ferment for overnight.

Next morning,u will see the batter has risen up.

Take the required quantity in a mixing bowl and add salt to taste and mix well and adjust the water quantity...for a medium thick pouring consistency.

Heat a cast iron skillet or non stick tawa and grease well...

Pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly...wait for a minute and close wdh a lid. Let it cook on medium flame,till u see the upper layer has dried up...flip on to the other side for some seconds and done.

Serve it wdh hinga/asfaoetida chutney and enjoy.

With the leftover batter,u can make appe or uttappam too wdh the above batter.
