This is a really delicious dish, and it’s my first time making it at home in the oven. Especially during quarantine, we can make everything at home! I highly recommend you try it.

Mix all the dough ingredients together, knead well, and let the dough rest for 1 hour.

For the filling, blend 2 tomatoes with 1 onion in a blender. Finely chop the remaining 3 tomatoes and add them to the ground beef. Mix everything together, then add the spices, salt, and 3 tablespoons oil. Stir well to combine.

Divide the dough and shape it into balls. Roll each ball out with a rolling pin, cut into circles, and add the filling on top. Preheat the oven, grease the baking tray with oil, place the sfiha on the tray, and bake first on the lower rack, then on the upper rack until cooked through.
