Steps

Take a heavy bottomed kadai heat oil, add carom seeds, cumin seeds saute for few seconds.

Add sliced onion fry till light brown, add chopped tomato, green chili saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add all the spices, salt mix well.

Cover and simmer stir occasionally, cook till arbi soft and crisp.(Add few drops of water if required) mix well.

Serve with chapati & curd.
