Take a pan add oil once get heat seasoning it with mustard red chilli Bengal gram Dhall then add onion green chilli snake gourd salt ginger turmeric powder and sauté well

Then sprinkle some water and close with a lid and keep it in sim manner for 7 minutes,now and then stir

After get cooked add grated coconut and sauté well,finally garnish with curry and coriander leaves
