Steps

Beat Desi ghee and sugar togather for 1 min, just till combined.

Add all dry ingredients (Gram flour, All-purpose flour, Baking soda and Cardamom powder), mix till well combined.

Now add any type of nuts that are chopped in to the mixer.

Shape them like biscuits, place them in a greased tray(keep them 1 inch apart from each other) and brush them with egg yolk.

Bake them at 150 degree celsius, for 20-25 min or till edges start to turn light golden.
- 6
Remove them from baking tray after they cool to room temperature and Enjoy! 😋
