Soak the moong overnight

Wash and clean the moong and put mixie jar add Ginger green chilli and grind it then add rava, curd, and sugar, salt to taste mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes... Din add eno salt and mix well....

Heat the kadai and put water they will boil put one greased thali e and add batter in the thali and sprinkle the red chilli powder in the batter and steam for 20 minutes..

After 20 minutes you can check with knife the dhokla is cooked or not the knife come clean you can cut the square shape..... Heat kadai add 1 tablespoon oil and mustard seeds and sesame seeds and curry leaves and 1 cup water and salt the water will become boil of the flame.. tadka is ready pour the tadka in dhokla.
