  • Coucous
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Spices
  • Needle/tread
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your whole chicken, marinade it and leave for 30min

    Make jollof couscous and stuff it

    Use needle and tread to sew, and boil for 5min in a large pot

  4. 4

    Make a sauce with the pepper and onions with garlic

  5. 5

    Put the chicken in oven

    Allow to grill well, then transfer into the frying pan with sauce and let dem mix well

    Then transfer to a plate and cut,
