Malai chicken is a very rich, royal and finger licking dish, with the richness of cashew and almond along with the creaminess and spices it gets the perfect texture and flavour.
Steps

First wash chicken properly.

Cut onion and boil it for 5-6 minutes and then strain and grind them to make a paste.

Heat a pan put ghee and add cumin seeds,and all whole spice and stir it.

Now add finely chopped ginger, onion paste and saute it.

Now add coriander powder, chicken and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes and then add milk and stir well.

Now add almond - cashew paste and cook on low flame.

Now add kasuri methi, crushed black pepper and grated nut mag and stire it and cook for 15-20 minutes or till the chicken is done and the milk's consistancy gets thick.

Now malai chicken is ready add cream
And dish out the chicken - 9
Now take another pan put 2 tsp ghee and add red chilli powder to make tadka and then put this tadka on top of chicken while serving

Now Malai chicken is ready to serve garnish with cream.
