Prepare khichdi and when the khichdi is hot add mix herbs, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, half boiled grated potato, onion, coriander, garlic, capsicum, butter, chat masala and garam masala

Mix it well

Place it evenly in a plate and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it and freeze it for 1.5 hour in the refrigerator

Now take it out and cut square pieces out of it.

Now take a bowl and add cornflour, maida, oregano, chilli flakes and salt and make a slurry.

Dip the square pieces in the slurry and coat the pieces in the mixture of breadcrumbs and pappad

Deep fry or shallow fry them and serve with dip and salad
