Ingredients

  • 1 cupchopped pumpkin
  • 1/4 cuponion
  • 1/2 tbspgarlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker and add butter, onion and garlic and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add pumpkin and salt.

  3. 3

    Cook till 2 whistles and when it comes at room temperature crush it and add it in a pan and boil for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now add black pepper and serve it.
