Mango is the very yummy fruit . I love it very much actually so many people love it . It is the national fruit of India. It contains high level of vitamin c , fiber and pectin. It helps to controlling high cholesterol levels. There are so many varieties in Mango like, Alphonso, Badami, kesar , Dasheri , Langra , Neelam etc.  Alphonso is one of the best Variety in it because it is so juicy.
Today I'm going to show you how to make my all time favorite Aam( Mango) Papad . So let's start making it. You can store it for 2 months .

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2juicy Mangoes
  • 1 tablespoonsugar or as per taste
  • 1/2 tablespoonBlack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tablespoonclarified butter or ghee

Steps

1 day 15 min
  1. 1

    Remove the skin of mangoes cut the cubes add in mixy jaar with sugar. then grind the fine paste.

    In pan add paste cook it on low to medium heat stir continuously  till no water remain.

    Now add black pepper powder mix well cook on low heat stir continuously.

    When mixture is become a thick switch off the gas flame.

    Grease the plates or tray with some clarified butter, pour the mixture in it spread the mixture.

    Keep the plates or tray on sunny place for whole day.

    Next day when it perfectly dry  remove it slowly from plates or tray, then cut it and shape it as you wish.
