Bread Mango Pudding

Cut the side of the bread & griend it to make powder. Chop the mango to make puree &strain it.Keep it aside.

Heat a pan pour milk &sugar mix it well.when ever milk boiled nicely for 5 mints,than add bread powder mix it well & continuously stir.I and the meantime heat a pan put 5-6tbsp sugar &a spoonful water & caramelized the sugar,transfer a baking bowl.

When ever the mixture becomes thick add mango puree & vanilla extract mix it well & cooked 1-2 mints.

Now transfer the mixture on a caramelized baking bowl,cover it on foil paper.

Heat a steamer, pour 2 cups water,put a stand,put the mango mixture bowl on it.Cover it & steamed 30 to 45 mints.

After 45 mints cool it & freeze it 1 hour.

After 1 hour take a serving palte put the mango bread pudding garnish with cashew & Cherry cut it pieces serve it.
